The aim of training is to develop personnel into safe and skilled operators who understand the complexity and limitations of their machines. Enabling operators to obtain an understanding of health and safety and operating safely in the working environment.
In House Training - If the operator successfully completes each part of the training course and obtains the required standard of operating after a practical and theory test, this will allow your candidates to only operate machinery in your premises and/or working under your company name.
Our instructors come out to your premises to carry out the training. All we require is adequate space to provide the training and access to machinery / equipment that the operator requires training on.
Covering basic skills and knowledge of the machinery.
Operating machinery in the conditions the operator will meet on the job.
Combining basic and specific training and applying it under normal working conditions.
A practical test will be given when the instructor feels the operator is competent.
A theory test will be given to ensure complete understanding.
A person with little or no skill at operating. These operators will need the maximum time allocated to gain an adequate understanding of health and safety regulations and operating machinery.
A person who claims to be experienced but who cannot provide evidence of any formal training. Trainees associated knowledge must be verified and training given accordingly.
A person already qualified or assessed as competent. Training is given to ensure that important skills or knowledge has not been lost due to lack of use. We advise that a competent operator is refreshed every 3 years.
RTITB Registered instructors. National training level achieved by every instructor on every course that is provided. All our instructors have refresher training every 3 years to ensure high standards and knowledge are maintained.

This is a classroom based course carried out at your workplace. A combination of practical and theoretical learning is provided. Course completion time depends on the number of candidates on the course.
Supervision of operators course
This is an online e-learning course designed for managers and supervisors. It provides the learner with a knowledge to ensure that equipment and machinery is being used correctly and gives knowledge on correcting operators when not operating equipment and machinery safely. This course gives a good insight into health and safety in the workplace.
